Impact Goals

Our immediate goals include establishing safe and supportive transitional housing, building a robust mentorship program, and creating community events that inspire and motivate. Our long-term goals aim to reduce addiction relapse rates, strengthen local communities, and use a sustainable model that can be replicated nationwide.

Our Success

Thanks to the generosity of our founder Warren Garrett and early donors, for over three years our first transition home in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, provided safe, supportive housing for community members in recovery to rebuild their lives and transition to independence. During this time, we:

• Established a transition home that provided housing as well as community & professional support for individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction.
• Delivered essential resources, including household items, job training materials and opportunities to residents during their stay.
• Created a strong foundation of community, mentorship, and accountability that inspired hope and transformation.

Although our first home met an untimely closure due to COVID-lockdown related financial challenges, the experience remains an essential milestone in our mission. It fueled our determination to expand our reach and create sustainable solutions.
