Can I have my phone?

Yes, once clinically approved by our treatment team and progress is being shown by the client, Cell phones are permitted while not in group.

Do you take insurance?

Yes we do. If you have coverage from a major provider your treatment is likely covered. 

How long will my treatment stay be?

Treatment stays very depending on multiple factors like insurance authorization, clinical recommendation, and individual progress. Our common timeframe is 30-90 days.

How many individual therapy sessions do I get?

Every treatment stay is individualized for the client, but commonly it is 1 to 2 sessions per week.

Do I share a room?

Every treatment stay is individualized for the client, but commonly it is 1 to 2 sessions per week.

What do I bring?

Bring at least two weeks of clothing and shoes, toiletries (no alcohol within the first three ingredients), and all prescribed medications.

Am I allowed visitors?

Yes. Visitation is allowed and needs to be approved throughout clinical and housing teams.

Do we go on outings?

Yes, Camelback Recovery is about living your best life in the best state of mind. There are activities occurring during the weekdays and weekends. 

How much do I have to pay?

The cost of treatment can vary and utilizing an insurance plan can greatly decrease the finances spent. If private pay is the route that needs to be taken, we have financing available to help make treatment possible.

What are the group sizes?

We typically keep the group size on the smaller side so that we can effectively treat each client and give each individual the quality of care they deserve.
