The Mission

At GOD'S CHOSEN ONES, our mission is to grow a supportive community where those recovering from addiction can rebuild their lives alongside individuals who have successfully navigated the journey to recovery. By providing affordable, safe housing and opportunities to actively engage with our nonprofit, we aim to inspire and support people on their journey toward freedom and renewal.

The Challenge

For individuals in recovery, finding safe and stable housing after treatment is a critical hurdle. Many face barriers such as financial insecurity, stigma, and a lack of supportive environment, all of which can lead to relapse. Without access to transitional housing and resources, the path to lasting recovery becomes even more difficult.

Did you know: Nearly 60% of individuals leaving recovery programs relapse due to a lack of stable housing and support systems.

Our Solution

Our transition homes bridge the gap between recovery and independent living. We provide a safe, structured environment where residents can focus on rebuilding their lives. Through affordable housing, life skills training, and access to employment opportunities, we empower individuals to achieve lasting stability and success.
